Sales Executive Required

The Role
We require a highly motivated and driven individual for a Sales Executive role at our Blackpool dealership, selling a combination of new and used vehicles, with a wide range of finance and insurance products. Working in a dealership sales environment can be challenging as well as very rewarding. Motor retail experience is not essential; however sales experience would be highly advantageous.

We are looking for motivated and intelligent individuals with drive, energy, talent, character and attitude. You must be well presented and able to portray a professional image to all customers (both face to face and over the phone). You will have the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers. You will also possess a clean driving licence and will either already be FCA approved or willing to be trained.

Although this role is up to 45 hours per week, working between 8.30am to 7pm and includes most weekends it is a very rewarding role. Your earnings potential is directly within your control. Average experienced Sales Executives within our Group earn circa £30,000 per annum following their first year in the role, however, many individuals earn well in excess of this amount and your earnings can exceed £40,000 per annum.


Key Responsibilities



  • Following the Company sales process 100% of the time, from enquiry through to delivery and beyond.
  • To achieve a variety of monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Keep company paperwork 100% up to date and accurate.

Technician Required

Hours of Work: Standard hours. We will also consider part time or flexitime hours of work.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced and talented vehicle technician to work with our Aftersales Team at our Chorley Nissan dealership. You will benefit from operating in a franchised environment where standards are high and delivering quality and service to the customer is paramount. As a rapidly expanding business you will benefit from our investment in training, technology and tools, as well as work with a successful and motivated team.


Key Responsibilities



  • To road test vehicles and diagnose problems as and when required.
  • To carry out inspections, repairs and services and check vehicles against VOSA legislation.
  • To carry out full PDI checks on all vehicles.
  • To complete MOT testing
  • To ensure paperwork is accurate and up to date
  • To ensure all jobs are completed within agreed timeframes and whilst maintaining a high level of productivity
  • To work closely with the service reception team and parts team to ensure we deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • To keep work area and protective clothing clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
     

Minimum Requirements



  • Relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3)
  • Ideally you will have franchise experience; however, manufacturer training will be on-going for the successful candidate.
  • A time served apprenticeship
  • Previous experience of completing MOT testing
  • Must have a current clean UK driving licence

Apprentice Technician Required

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented, motivated and ambitious individual who is looking to progress their career within a franchised motor retail environment in an apprentice capacity. You must be driven, confident, with the desire and ability to work to and achieve targets and objectives. You must also be prepared and committed to undertake training and qualifications during your apprenticeship.

  • To undertake all college and company training and development to successfully complete the chosen Apprentice Scheme to expected and agreed standards.
  • Accurately and skilfully undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles under line manager supervision and direction, whilst detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair ensuring all work is completed safely and to the customers complete satisfaction.

Apprentice Parts Adviser Required

We require an enthusiastic Apprentice Parts Adviser to support our Service Team at our dealership in Blackpool. Working closely with the parts and service teams, you will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the department. Key Responsibilities



  • To undertake all training and development to successfully complete the training scheme to expected and agreed standard.
  • To undertake all training and development in pursuit of becoming a Parts and Service Adviser.
  • Assist the Parts Team: Accurately and skillfully undertake the goods inward, inspection and care, location and issue of parts under line manager supervision and direction. Whilst ensuring all work is carried out to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
  • Assist the Service Team: Act as the relationship manager between service customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, including welcoming service customers to the dealership. Dealing with all necessary paperwork, maintaining communication with the customer whilst their vehicle is being serviced or repaired and processing payments and follow up actions.
  • To maintain a high level of house keeping and to at all times.
     

Minimum Requirements



  • Must have 5 GCSE's (Grades C and above) including Maths and English.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements



  • Previous management experience within a main franchise dealership is essential
  • Credible leadership skills, you will have practical and recent experience of effectively managing, coaching, motivating and developing your teams to ensure that performance standards are evident throughout the department. This will not only ensure strong departmental performance and customer retention but in addition staff retention, succession planning, and the management of poor performers.

It is therefore essential that you have experience of controlling costs on this scale.
