Sales Executive Required

Hours of Work: Standard hours, full time.

The Role
We require a highly motivated and driven individual for a Sales Executive role at our Wigan dealership, selling a combination of new and used vehicles, with a wide range of finance and insurance products. Working in a dealership sales environment can be challenging as well as very rewarding. Motor retail experience is not essential; however sales experience would be highly advantageous.

We are looking for motivated and intelligent individuals with drive, energy, talent, character and attitude. You must be well presented and able to portray a professional image to all customers (both face to face and over the phone). You will have the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers. You will also possess a clean driving licence and will either already be FCA approved or willing to be trained.

Although this role is up to 45 hours per week, working between 8.30am to 7pm and includes most weekends it is a very rewarding role. Your earnings potential is directly within your control. Average experienced Sales Executives within our Group earn circa £30,000 per annum following their first year in the role, however, many individuals earn well in excess of this amount and your earnings can exceed £40,000 per annum.


Key Responsibilities



  • Following the Company sales process 100% of the time, from enquiry through to delivery and beyond.
  • To achieve a variety of monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Keep company paperwork 100% up to date and accurate.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations and rapport.
  • Manage and develop customer follow-up and prospecting systems.
  • Compliance with industry standards/processes.

Minimum Requirements



  • An excellent command of the English language

Valeter Required

Hours of Work: Standard hours, full time.

The Role
We are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated individual to work as part of a car valeting team at our Wigan dealership.


Key Responsibilities



  • The successful candidate will be valeting new and used cars within a franchised car dealership.
  • You will be cleaning and valeting cars to exceptionally high standards to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • You will be using specialist chemicals/products to ensure a high quality finish.
  • You will be driving and carrying out other tasks as required on the dealership forecourt.

Minimum Requirements



  • The successful candidate will ideally have similar experience as a car valeter.
  • A full driving licence.
  • The candidate must be well presented with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills as this role is customer facing.
  • Excellent time keeping skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be highly motivated and a dedicated team player.

Experienced Technician Required

Hours of Work: Standard hours. We will also consider part time or flexitime hours of work.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced and talented vehicle technician to work with our Aftersales Team at our Chorley Nissan dealership. You will benefit from operating in a franchised environment where standards are high and delivering quality and service to the customer is paramount. As a rapidly expanding business you will benefit from our investment in training, technology and tools, as well as work with a successful and motivated team.


Key Responsibilities



  • To road test vehicles and diagnose problems as and when required.
  • To carry out inspections, repairs and services and check vehicles against VOSA legislation.
  • To carry out full PDI checks on all vehicles.
  • To complete MOT testing
  • To ensure paperwork is accurate and up to date
  • To ensure all jobs are completed within agreed timeframes and whilst maintaining a high level of productivity
  • To work closely with the service reception team and parts team to ensure we deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • To keep work area and protective clothing clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
     

Minimum Requirements



  • Relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3)
  • Ideally you will have franchise experience; however, manufacturer training will be on-going for the successful candidate.
  • A time served apprenticeship
  • Previous experience of completing MOT testing
  • Must have a current clean UK driving licence
